Our Lady warned against immodest dress at Quito and at Fatima. Women who show off their bodies to all and sundry are dangling deadly poison to entice the unwary. This applies to men too, but I'm a man, so tight clothes on a dude are just gross, not tempting. 

Catholic fathers and husbands need to stop being effeminate and simply ban immodest clothing from their families and homes. Those in authority over rebellious and immodest women have moral accountability for how those women behave. 

The claim that things are different in the contemporary situation is false. Human nature has not changed. Objective standards of modesty have not changed. Authority structures have not changed.

Hot chicks and sexy babes are not in line with the biblical admonition that a woman should make her adornment godliness and good works.  Christians ought to guard their bodies from the disordered gaze of others.

A woman who displays herself in a sexual way for the public is acting like a prostitute. She is either married and giving away what belongs to her husband,  or single and sexual attention unlawfully. Proverbs 11:22 Like a gold ring in a swine's snout is a beautiful woman without discretion.
